At Rezdôra, Chef Stefano Secchi brings the soul of Emilia-Romagna to Flatiron with serious intent and expert precision. A veteran of Osteria Francescana, Secchi crafts hand-rolled pastas and deeply traditional dishes that rarely appear outside northern Italy. The space reflects the focus: intimate, clean-lined, and understated, with terracotta tones and textured wood that nod to Modena without cliché. It’s a restaurant that doesn’t chase trends—it sets them.
