Established in 2012, COCOZZA Restaurant & Retail is a New York City based Construction and Production company founded on the concept of a client-focused, one-stop shop for Restaurant & Retail development in New York City.

Over the years, COCOZZA has worked closely with clients to develop a construction management process tailored specifically for fast projects with tight deadlines and even tighter budgets. The solutions created also respond to the construction landscape’s lack of pride in customer experience and education throughout the process.

COCOZZA operates under 3 unique services:
Production, Pre-Construction and Construction.

The range of services was developed to ensure clients were set up to win from the very onset of their project. Each phase has a unique process and unique team of experts.

The internal team at COCOZZA is comprised of construction experts, former Restaurant Operators, Structural Engineers, Architects and Mechanical Engineers. Each team member brings a unique perspective to the table, creating a true familial environment.
