CONSTRUCTION
At COCOZZA, Construction Projects are managed using a process uniquely crafted for Restaurant & Retail spaces, where speed of schedule is paramount. The project will be formally launched by the creation of a detailed schedule for all scopes of work on the job, and that schedule will be managed by identifying the key milestones along the way.
A dedicated Site Superintendent, along with their in-house support team, will provide weekly reporting on all imperative construction items, direct weekly meetings and formally catalog those minutes. A culture of ‘instant communication’ captures any changes in real time and stays ahead of any issues that threaten the budget or schedule. Jobs are closed cleanly with DOB Sign-off assistance and a Close Out Package to assist your team in the store’s continued operations.
